It's the hardest part of forgetting.
It's the hardest part of forgetting.

Forget the ‘spit and polish’.

I wanted to fool around with the instrumental to this song.  It’s for a friend of mine, going through a rough spot. 

It’s totally unaffected, which is what I wanted.  My voice cracks, I did it without listening to the music, just memorized the key and beat, did it dry, and wanted the message to be,  just, ‘let it be.’     It’s just me.

It’s just my way of showing, that things don’t have to be polished if there’s a message to be sent.  Some of us know that, some don’t. But we all tend to get overwhelmed, and at those moments, it’s good to hear someone ELSE say it, once in a while.  “Just Let it be…”
